Can you turn Wordpress into a feed aggregator ?

I'm using services like Posterous, Flickr, Picasaweb etc. more and more. More or less eliminating the need for a blog as such.
 
Don't get me wrong, I like having a blog where I can express myself. But Posterous does this in such an easy way that it'd almost be a shame not to take advantage of it.
 
Plus, there's PicPosterous for my iPhone. Which all in all makes it a super easy solution.
 
So, the idea is: How do I turn a WordPress blog into a feed aggregator ?
 
I basically want it to consume my feed at FriendFeed, since FriendFeed consumes most of my other "places" on the web (Facebook, Posterous, Twitter, YouTube, del.icio.us, Flickr, Picasaweb).
 
Alternatively, an alternative to Wordpress, that can tap into all of these places and consume their feeds, that I can host on my own domain. That'd be equally cool.
 
Let me know if you know of either of the two solutions, that'd be real nice :)

PowerShell syntax highlightning in your blogposts

Just found WP-CodeBox - great plugin for Wordpress, which allow you to have codeboxes in your blogposts. It's based on GeSHi, which adds support for a LOT of languages. So if you need syntax colouring in your blogposts - give it a spin :) You can see an example of it, in my previous post.
