Just found a great site for testing various email related issues that could exist with your mailserver. It's called MXToolbox.com, and you can do the following there: MX Lookup Blacklist check SMTP Diagnostics Mail header analysis Check SPF Headers They also have free smtp server monitoring, so you might wanna check it out :)
