Danseorkesteret released a new CD !
I didn't even know until yesterday, so I hurried to iTunes and bought it straight away.
I always had a sweetspot for Danseorkesteret, even though I've been pretty focused on various genres.
It was hiphop for almost 20 years. Now I'm into blues, bluesrock, singer/songwriter stuff. But I still have that sweetspot.
Back in the days, Danseorkesteret did some songs that are now a part of the Danish pop legend. Among others of course "Regndans" and a personal favorite to me, is "Disco Dørmand".
To me, it's especially Jørgen Klubien's voice that does the trick. It reminds me somehow, of Musiq Soulchild, who's also a favorite artist of mine.
Anyway, this is basically just good pop that makes you happy. Go have a listen :)
